These terms apply when you use blockguardianstrategies.com or buy anything from Block Guardian Strategies LLC ("Block Guardian," "we," "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.

Education only, not financial advice

Everything we provide, including courses, blog posts, newsletters, books, coaching sessions and AI tools, is for educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We do not tell you what to buy or sell. Crypto is risky and you can lose money. You are responsible for your own decisions, so please do your own research and talk to a licensed professional when you need one.

We never touch your crypto

We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or passwords, and we never take control of your wallets or funds, including during coaching sessions. Never share those with anyone.

Your account

• Keep your login private. Memberships are for one person and may not be shared.
• Give us a real email address so you can receive access and receipts.
• We may suspend accounts that are shared, abused, or used to copy or resell our content.

Memberships and billing

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Monthly memberships renew automatically each month, and annual memberships renew each year, until you cancel.
• Founding member prices stay the same for as long as your membership stays active without a break.
• If a payment fails, access may pause until it is updated.

Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel any time by emailing blockguardianstrategies@gmail.com.
• Monthly plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. The current month is not refunded, and you keep access until it ends.
• Annual plans: we refund the full months remaining after the month you cancel in. Partial months are not refunded. You keep access through the end of the last paid month.
• One-time sessions (Safe Start, Coaching and Crypto Legacy): if you need to reschedule, just let us know. If we cannot deliver a session you paid for, we will refund it.

Our content

Our courses, videos, articles, books and materials belong to Block Guardian Strategies LLC. You may use them for your own learning. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute them without written permission.

AI Labs services

Custom AI work is quoted and agreed with you before it starts. Any extra terms for that project will be in your written quote.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep our material accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Block Guardian is not liable for any losses, including lost crypto or investment losses, that come from using or relying on our content or services. If we are ever found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page when we do, and the new terms apply to purchases made after that date.
