This policy explains what information Block Guardian Strategies LLC ("Block Guardian," "we," "us") collects when you use blockguardianstrategies.com, our courses, newsletter, coaching sessions and AI Labs services, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and password (passwords are stored encrypted by our login provider; we can never see them).
- Membership and purchase details: which plan or session you bought, when, and its status. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Things you send us: what you type into our contact or AI Labs forms (name, email, optional phone number, and your message).
- Newsletter sign-ups: your first name and email address.
- Course progress: which lessons you have completed, so we can save your place.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
What we never ask for
We will never ask for your seed phrase, recovery words, private keys, wallet passwords or exchange logins, and you should never share them with anyone claiming to be us. If someone does, it is a scam. Please report it to blockguardianstrategies@gmail.com.
How we use it
- To create your account and give you access to what you paid for.
- To send you account emails (sign-in links, receipts, membership notices).
- To send the newsletter, if you signed up. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
- To answer your questions and schedule sessions.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Services we use
We share only what is needed with the companies that help run the site: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and database), Netlify (website hosting), MailerLite (newsletter), and Google (email). Each has its own privacy policy.
Cookies and storage
We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and remember your progress. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
- You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing blockguardianstrategies@gmail.com. Some purchase records may need to be kept for tax and accounting reasons.
Children
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
